Details of the regulation

Finance Minister Fernando Haddad, in a statement after a meeting with congressional leaders, including President Rodrigo Pacheco and Institutional Relations Minister Alexandre Padilha, confirmed that the bills had been sent. Haddad stressed the importance of regulations to make the provisions of the tax reform effective, emphasizing the need for complementary laws for their practical application.

One of the main points under discussion is the organization of the complementary bills. The first will deal with aspects such as VAT and selective taxes, while the second will deal with the Regional Development Fund and governance, including rules for an inter-federative council. This segmentation aims to ensure a comprehensive and efficient approach to reform regulation.

Pacheco emphasized the Senate's commitment to working hard during the month of April to approve these bills, demonstrating a joint effort to boost the economy and promote significant changes.
