Marco Aurélio

Marco Aurélio works as director of CLM Controller, with a strong link between people management, customer experience and organizational performance. He started as a Project Controller, responsible for monitoring the planned versus realized projects, analyzing cost deviations and mitigating risks with managers. He then worked as a Business Analyst, focusing on preparing and monitoring the annual budget and monthly forecasts, analyzing costs and expenses, interfacing with headquarters and taking part in strategic sales and margin meetings. Later, he took over as a Trainee, deepening his work in financial planning, budget control and management reports. Finally, he held the position of Controlling Analyst, leading the monthly forecast update, preparing the annual budget, preparing executive reports for the local board and head office, as well as acting as a focal point in the financial planning process and in analyzing deviations between what was achieved and what was planned.
